In the spring of 2002, Rene Caisse' original Essiac formula owned by Essiac Products Inc. of New Brunswick, Canada was legally transferred over to Essiac Canada International of Ontario, Canada. The genuine and legal Essiac formula, the harvesting requirements and preparation of the herbal supplement still remains the same ever since Caisse legally signed over the formula to Resperin of Toronto in 1977.
FACT: Resperin of Toronto no longer exists. Rene Caisse's original Essiac formula sold to Resperin of Toronto, Ontario in 1977 was legally transferred to Essiac Products Inc. of New Brunswick, Canada in 1995. Resperin of Toronto legally dissolved in 1998 after the death of company president, David Fingard.
