Sheep Sorrel (Rumex Acetosella) contains high amounts of Vitamin A and B complex, C, D, E, K, P and vitamin U. The mineral content contains calcium, chlorine, iron, magnesium, and silicon, sulphur and trace minerals of copper, iodine, manganese, and zinc. Other essential elements are carotenoid and chlorophyll and organic acids of citric, malic, tannic and tartaric acids.
Burdock Root (Arctium lappa) contains vitamins A, B complex, C, E, and P. The mineral content contains calcium, chlorine, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, silicon, sodium, sulphur and zinc. Other essential elements are that this herb is highly acidic due to its Gallic acid (used as a reducing agent and an astringent, Malic acid which benefits the liver and counteracts the over-acid in digestion and is a carrier of oxygen molecules, oxalic acid and tannic acid is converted into Gallic acid. Other properties include bioflavonoid, pectin, resin and starch.
